Marisa Nybo

My association with our office goes way back to the 1970's when my parents first worked at, then purchased, the leading real estate company in the Red Wing area.  After graduating from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul with a degree in Marketing, Finance & Management, I worked for Target Corporation and Economic Research Corporation in Market Research. I acquired my real estate license in 1991, worked for a corporate owned office in the Twin Cities, then managed a second office that my family owned in Hastings.  Red Wing eventually became our home town again (lucky us!) and my husband & I then purchased the Coldwell Banker franchise from my parents in 2003.

We continue to be the leading real estate company in the greater Red Wing area, specializing in real estate sales, property management, relocation and rentals. We are an internationally recognized business and work directly with the largest employers in the Red Wing area, including Mayo Health Systems, Xcel Energy, Red Wing Shoe and the Red Wing School District.
